At Our Shine Academy and Learning Center, we believe a strong partnership with parents is essential for your child’s success. This page provides important information, helpful tools, and valuable resources to ensure your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.

Enrollment Process

Enrolling your child at Our Shine Academy is simple and convenient! Follow these steps to complete the process:

Schedule a Tour (Optional):

Complete Required Forms:

Download, fill out, and submit the following forms:

DHR Preadmission Record Application
Photo and Video Release Form
Tuition Agreement Form – form will be filled out in office and/or can be electronically sent

You can submit these forms in two ways:

- Email: Send completed forms to [email protected].
- In Person: Drop them off at our front office during business hours.

Provide Supporting Documents:

A copy of your driver’s license.
An up-to-date immunization form for your child.
Parent Handbook Acknowledgment Form (provided during orientation).

Refer to the downloadable First Day Guide for a checklist of what to bring, nutrition, drop off and pick procedures and more!

Access Your Parent Portal on ProCare

Access our Parent Portal for real-time updates on your child’s daily activities, progress, and upcoming events. You can also manage your account, pay tuition, and communicate with staff directly. Procare app is available in Apple and Google app stores.

Refer a Friend, Get $50 of FREE Childcare!

Who knows us better than our amazing parents? If you ♥ us, share the love with your friends and family! When you refer someone to Our Shine Academy, we see it as the highest compliment—and we want to reward you for it!

What’s in it for YOU?

$50 Tuition Credit: Refer a full-time family, and we’ll credit your account with $50 of FREE childcare!
$25 Tuition Credit: Refer a part-time family, and you’ll receive a $25 childcare credit.
Easy Rewards: Your tuition credit will be applied once your referred family is enrolled for one month. (Credit is per family, not per child.)

What’s in it for Your Friend?

FREE Registration: Your referred family will receive FREE registration when they mention your name during their tour!
(*Terms: Free registration is only valid for new families and applies to their first registration fee. Parents on subsidy will receive a credit for parent fees.)

How to Refer a Friend

Referring a friend is quick and easy! Here’s how:

Share the News: Tell your friends about us in person, online, or via text.
Use the Form Below: Send them an email with all the details.
Mention Your Name: Remind them to mention your name when they visit us for a tour!
